Shipping, Orders & Support Policy

I Just Placed an Order — When Will It Ship?

Please allow 3–7 business days for order processing and production before your order is shipped. We carefully prepare each order to ensure quality before dispatch.


How Long Is the Shipping Time?

The average shipping time is 2–5 business days after your order has been shipped.

Please note that certain circumstances beyond our control—such as weather conditions, natural disasters, holidays, or carrier delays—may occasionally cause shipping delays.

While most packages arrive on time, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date, as the final delivery process is handled by the shipping carrier.


Can I Cancel My Order?

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placing the order without penalty.

If your order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation will no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation within the allowed time frame, please email us with the subject line “CANCEL” and include your order number.


I Entered an Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect or incomplete address, please contact us immediately by replying to your order confirmation email with the correct information.

Address corrections can typically be made within 24 hours after placing the order. After this time, we cannot guarantee that the change can be applied.


My Item Arrived Damaged

We carefully package every item with protective padding. However, in rare cases, items may be damaged during shipping.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us and include the following:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo of the damaged product

Once we review your request, we will send a replacement item at no extra cost.


Returns & Refunds

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or issue refunds for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection

  • Personal preference

  • Any reason other than a product defect or an order error made by us

If your item is defective or you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we will resolve the issue with either a replacement or a full refund.
