Defective or Incorrect Items

Items returned without first contacting us and receiving approval will not be accepted.

Exchanges

Refund Processing
If a refund is approved due to a defective product or order error, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after the request has been approved or the returned item has been inspected.
